Rules and Safety Guidelines for Take Flight Jump Houses, LLC

Welcome to Take Flight Jump Houses, LLC! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established the following rules and safety guidelines. By using our bounce houses and party rental equipment, you agree to comply with these rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in the immediate termination of your rental, with no refund.
1. General Rules

Adult Supervision Required: An adult (18 years or older) must supervise the use of the bounce house at all times.

Maximum Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the bounce house, as indicated on the safety label or provided in the rental agreement.

Age and Weight Restrictions: Ensure participants are within the age and weight limits specified for the equipment. For safety reasons, children and adults should use equipment according to the recommended guidelines.

Shoes, Glasses, and Sharp Objects: All participants must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and any other sharp objects before entering the bounce house.

Food and Drinks: No food, beverages, gum, or sticky substances are allowed inside the bounce house to prevent spills and damage.

Pets: Pets are not allowed inside or near the bounce house.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited near the bounce house or any rental equipment.

No Flammable Materials: Do not bring any flammable items near the bounce house or equipment.
2. Safety Guidelines

No Rough Play: No flipping, wrestling, or roughhousing. Ensure all play is done in a safe and respectful manner.

No Sharp or Pointed Objects: No items with sharp edges or points, such as keys, pens, or toys, should be brought into the bounce house.

Proper Clothing: Participants should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing. Avoid wearing items with zippers, buttons, or any other protruding objects that could damage the equipment.

No Standing on the Walls: Participants should never climb or stand on the sides or walls of the bounce house.

One Person at a Time on Slides: Only one participant should use the slide at a time, and they should slide feet first.

Avoid Overcrowding: Ensure there is enough space for each participant to move safely. Do not allow too many children or adults in the bounce house at one time.
3. Safety Precautions During Use

Emergency Situations: If an emergency arises (e.g., severe weather, equipment malfunction), remove all participants from the bounce house immediately and contact Take Flight Jump Houses, LLC for guidance.

Weather Conditions: Use the equipment only in suitable weather conditions. Do not use the bounce house during strong winds, rain, or storms.

Equipment Inspection: Before use, inspect the bounce house for any visible damage. If you find any issues, do not use the equipment and contact us immediately.

Keep the Entrance Clear: Ensure the entrance is kept clear at all times to prevent injuries and to allow easy exit in case of an emergency.
4. Children’s Safety

Age-Appropriate Use: Children under a certain age (usually specified in the rental agreement) should be separated from older children to prevent injuries.

No Excessive Bouncing: Encourage gentle jumping and discourage rough play to prevent injuries.

Monitor Children: Always have a responsible adult on hand to monitor children as they play and enforce the rules.

Injuries and First Aid: In case of a minor injury, first aid should be administered immediately. For any serious injuries, contact emergency services right away.
5. Rental Return Policy

Clean and Dry Equipment: Ensure the bounce house and other rented equipment are clean and dry upon return. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional fees.

Timely Pickup: Ensure the bounce house and other equipment are available for timely pickup on the designated date and time as agreed upon in the rental contract.

Lost or Damaged Equipment: The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged to the renter.
6. Compliance and Enforcement

Rules Enforcement: The renter is responsible for ensuring that all participants follow these rules and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the immediate suspension of the rental, with no refund.

Take Flight Jump Houses, LLC Rights: We reserve the right to inspect the rental setup, enforce these rules, and take any action we deem necessary to maintain safety and prevent misuse of our equipment.
7. Acknowledgment of Responsibility
The renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to enforce these rules and safety guidelines. The renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during the rental period and agrees to indemnify Take Flight Jump Houses, LLC from any liability.
